Martina is an accounting, tax and corporate consultant with a strong interest in direct and indirect taxes, tax management of corporate groups and extraordinary corporate transactions.
Over the years, he has gained significant experience in corporate reorganisations, restructurings and M&A transactions. Currently, he holds important roles as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and as a Sole Statutory Auditor in medium to large-sized companies, contributing significantly to their financial management and balanced governance.
She has a deep passion for writing, which also leads her to co-author numerous publications and newsletters on tax, corporate crisis, commercial and corporate law.
